Mr Drew locked horns with some Twitter boys on an X Space last night while promoting his new track Steeze.

The Ghanaian musician got heated after one of the guys was talking to him like they were equals. He snapped and said he’s not their mate — not in age and definitely not in money. “A lot of the boys think they are my age mates. When it comes to money and age, I am not your mate,” he told them straight.

One of the netizens clapped back hard, saying Drew is full of himself and not even an A-list artiste in Ghana. That only made things worse. Drew called the guy a small foolish boy and threatened to block him on the spot.

Clips of the whole exchange are flying around Ghana Twitter right now. Some people are laughing at Drew for the “I’m not your mate” energy, while others feel the boys were being too disrespectful. Classic Ghana music Twitter drama — nothing new, just another night of artists and online boys going at it.

The Space was meant to be a chill promo for Steeze, but it turned into a full argument about respect, status, and who is who. As usual, the timeline is eating it up.
