Kai Cenat and Ray just gave fans the ultimate full-circle moment. During their recent trip to Japan, the pair showed up in full “La Peace” cosplay and went live from the middle of a quiet forest, looking every bit the peaceful monks the meme turned them into.

The whole thing started earlier in 2026 when Kai, streaming with IShowSpeed, tried to say “lapis” from Minecraft and somehow landed on “la peace.” The internet ran with it. Edits of Kai as a calm, bald monk flooded timelines, and the joke stuck. Now the two of them decided to make it real.

In the stream, Ray struggled to keep a straight face while trying to eat in the heavy robes and kept breaking character. Kai, staying in monk mode, would playfully smack him back into role, which only made the whole thing funnier. Fans loved the contrast of the serene forest setting against the pure chaos the duo always brings.

It’s another reminder of how far their friendship has come. The two only met as strangers in 2023 and have been inseparable ever since. Moments like this—silly, spontaneous, and fully committed—are exactly why people keep watching them.

The live pulled in huge numbers, and the clips are already making the rounds. Whether you came for the meme or just the chemistry, Kai and Ray delivered another one for the books.
