Shatta Wale’s Shattafest is heading back to Accra.
The second edition lands at Accra Sports Stadium on October 17, starting at 4 p.m. and running late into the night. Fans are being asked to show up in all-white, the same look that turned last year’s Independence Square event into a sea of white.
Tickets are being sold as a birthday gift to the artist and can be bought through the Shaxi app or on shaxigh.com. EIB Network is the exclusive media partner, with sponsors including Waya and MoMo already on board.
Last year’s edition drew hundreds of thousands. This time around, supporters are talking even bigger numbers, with some predicting the stadium could see over a million people. Social media is already filling up with unboxing videos, outfit plans, and messages like “Accra, get ready! The King is coming!”
After a successful stop in Ho earlier this year, the Accra show is being positioned as the main homecoming for the Shatta Movement. With the date locked in and tickets moving, the countdown is on.
