These Terms govern your use of the ANORIE website, audio stream and podcast (together, the “Service”), operated by ANORIE on arcmike.com/anorie. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You may read, listen and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service — for example by scraping content at scale, disrupting the stream, attempting unauthorised access, injecting malicious code, or republishing our journalism automatically without permission.
2. Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, all text, audio, photography, branding and design on the Service belong to ANORIE or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws. Short quotations with attribution are welcome. Republication, rebroadcast, systematic copying or commercial reuse requires our prior written permission — email anorie@arcmike.com.
3. User submissions
When you submit material (tips, music, images, messages), you confirm it is yours to share or that you have the rights needed, and you grant ANORIE a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, edit and display it in connection with the Service. You remain responsible for what you submit. Do not send material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or confidential to someone else.
4. Editorial content and corrections
Our journalism reflects the information available to us at publication time. Opinions expressed are those of their authors. We correct substantive errors promptly and transparently; nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise).
5. Betting and prediction content
The Bet Accumulator and any similar predictions, odds or strategy content are provided for entertainment and information only. They are not a guarantee of outcomes, and no winnings are promised. Gambling involves risk, including loss of money. If you choose to bet, you do so entirely at your own risk, you must meet the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to comply with the laws where you live. If gambling is affecting you, seek help from a local support service.
6. External links
The Service links to third-party sites, embeds and streams (including video and music platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including removing content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANORIE and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
