Black Stars Head Coach Carlos Queiroz has named the squad for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers against Côte d’Ivoire and The Gambia.
The experienced Portuguese coach has selected a 26-man group for the September–October international window, blending proven performers with fresh talent.
In attack, Mohammed Kudus, Antoine Semenyo, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, and Ernest Nuamah lead the line, while the midfield includes Ibrahim Sulemana and Augustine Boakye. The defence features Alexander Djiku, Gideon Mensah, and Baba Rahman, with Lawrence Ati-Zigi expected to start in goal.
Ghana will face Côte d’Ivoire on September 24 before hosting Gambia on September 29 in AFCON qualifying. The window closes with a friendly against Morocco on October 4.
Queiroz will be looking for strong results as the Black Stars continue their push for a place at the next Africa Cup of Nations.
